A : Dear friends,
frist of all I wish you “ Good Morning”.
I’m very glad to meet you all here and accasion we wold like to discuss
somthing about “Business”.
B : And
traditionally, ‘business’ means exchange or trade for things people needed:
Well, according to my opinion, the word “business” is from the root word
“busy”. Busy means ‘working’, ‘doing’, ‘acting’, or ‘thinking’ and always
moving. Not just relaxing, sitting idly doing nothing.
C : That is tradisionally
meaning. But what is it modren time the meaning of business?
D : I know it well,
I know it for certain.
A : Excellent! And
how about you “Business Man” ?
E : Well, if I’m
not mistaken “Business Man” is a man a person whose job is managing a certain
business, for example export-import company, cigarette factory, buying and
selling rice, managing a restaurant and so on.
F : I uite agree
with you, He talks about business man but can wa say business women? Because
nowadays we find many women doing some business.
B : Certainly. We
can mention such as Mrs. Muryati Subdibyo, Mrs. Martha Tillar, Mrs. Dewi Motiko
Pramono and Mrs. Siti Haryati Murdaya. Those are business women mho are very
succesfull in their business.
A : Well, I think
enough for this time. We can continue our discussion next other time. As I have
appointment with a friend, I’d like to say goodnye to alla of you.
All : Goodbye. See
you tomorrow.
